Episode 10: Developing emotional resilience with Holly Timberlake

What if you could tap away all that fear you’re feeling?

The fear of getting the virus. The fear of someone you love getting it. The financial fears. The chronic, “what’s going to happen next?” that keeps you up at night after watching the news.

Energy Psychologist Holly Timberlake talks about how to be free of fear and use this unique turbulent time we’re in to clarify who we are and who we want to be.

Holly learned how to be resilient during her childhood, when her parents weren’t able to be their best for her and her two siblings. She now helps people nurture their spirit and their Spirit. She encourages people to try tapping methods, which she calls “emotional acupressure” to develop and listen to a nurturing voice within and to try creative outlets, like dance, piano and writing.

She believes the pandemic is a time to re-center, pause and become more mindful about how we want to live our lives. “My greatest responsibility is to my self and to my higher Self,” she believes.

Holly is one of the most centered and peaceful people I have ever met. I hope she helps you become more centered and find that peace that surpasses all understanding.
